I cannot say enough good things about this program. Not only is the admin super responsive but the instructors are so great. My 2 year old has really struggled and they’re all very patient and kind with her. Huge shoutout to Chrissy especially - she’s gone above and beyond for my daughter and we appreciate her so much!!
The staff and facilities are really great for the kids! No worries about hot weather outside or thunderstorms since it's an indoor pool. The staff are very attentive to individual students, as there are usually only a small number of students per instructor.
Love the British Swim School! I’m already a member at the gym so it’s very convenient to have my son’s lessons there. Tracie, our instructor, is phenomenal! Very caring, patient with our young babies, and professional. We are in a group setting but she makes it feel like they are individual lessons by addressing what each child needs. Our baby boy is thriving and loving the water even more each time!
