Both of our sons have attended lessons at the New Palestine pool. Cannot recommend enough about how positive of an experience we had. They are now much safer in and around a pool. Instructors were positive, full of energy, and informative. They took the time to talk to us about what each son needed to work on and how he was doing. Also, the main office was very responsive to my emails and text messages which made a huge difference as well. Great experience!

We love British Swim School! My daughter started when she was 9 months old and just moved up for the second time after learning so many new skills! Knowing my daughter is learning how to handle a real life emergency gives me a lot of peace of mind! We adore Coach Jesse but every instructor we've met have been so kind! They clearly care about kids and water safety! My daughter looks forward to class each week!

I am using BSS for our toddler age granddaughter. I feel they have a great program for toddlers to not only help make them comfortable in water, but more importantly not to panic when their head goes underwater. The staff is great, and The ratio of instructors to students is excellent. Another benefit, is all the locations that they use. This makes it easy to find a time and place that can fit most schedules. I highly recommend BSS as a great place to take water safety and swim classes.
