We purchased a table on Saturday, 28th Feb, and went back to the store on Monday, 2nd March, to purchase six matching chairs to complete our dining set. When the items were delivered on Wednesday, 4th March, one chair was completely different from the others. This is unacceptable. We personally counted and inspected all six matching chairs before making payment, and they were complete and identical at that time. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this British Heart Foundation store. I wanted to donate a sofa, but one Asian female staff member was extremely unprofessional. The first time I visited, she refused to accept my donation, claiming the sofa was too old, even though it’s actually in excellent condition. Her tone was rude and dismissive.
