Genuinely bizarre experience with this company. I placed an order via the website and received a confirmation email instructing me to await an invoice. I did not receive one and called and followed up via email over a period of several days with no response. Eventually, I spoke to someone on the phone who advised that they do not issue invoices for orders received, and that my request for payment instructions and a delivery date was suspicious.
