Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!! Other flooring shops in the area. British Floor Store are a superb flooring company with such a big range. We have had a whole house done and the price and quality of the material is phenomenal don't waste your time looking around elsewhere. we had the best quote and quality from them compared to other flooring shops! We would definitely recommend them to everyone ! Thank you again, the staff were fantastic. We are over the moon!
Visited the showroom and received a very warm and professional welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and very informative to my requirements. I was very lucky I had a cancellation so installation was very quick. The team of fitters were amazing very courteous, clean and tidy, kept me informed on the progress. Highly recommend this team of professionals! Based unit 5 forge trading estate a hidden gem, that shouldn't be hidden in my opinion! Thank you

Absolutely impressed with the laminate and carpet installation. The service and team was professional and quick, and paid great attention to details and exactly knew what we were looking for . Both the carpet and flooring look fantastic and have completely elevated the space. High quality work and excellent service, for sure definitely friendly and welcoming staffs I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Truly a job well done !!!
