Absolutely impressed with the laminate and carpet installation. The service and team was professional and quick, and paid great attention to details and exactly knew what we were looking for . Both the carpet and flooring look fantastic and have completely elevated the space. High quality work and excellent service, for sure definitely friendly and welcoming staffs I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Truly a job well done !!!
Terrible experience. They sold me the wrong carpet size and blamed me for it. When I asked for a refund, they denied it and insulted me by saying something was wrong with my brain. Then they even threatened to call the police if I came back to the shop. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone.
Love our new living room floor. Would recommend @britishfloorstore for your flooring needs; reasonably priced and excellent choice of flooring types. The quality of the fit by their fitters is to a very good standard. Just need to finish the decorating! PS: Ada the dog loves it too!
