From first enquiry to the works being carried out was a great experience. When the quote was given we first had a long explanation of what was happening, why and how. Which made us feel like we could understand the process fully. The quote came in second highest of 4 quotes, which normally would have been a determining factor for me, however I felt that due to the interactions I had, the explanation and the reassurance given, this was worth the money. Very professional company,kept me updated with everything what was going on,the lads Johnno and Rhys were very polite and friendly and professional,would recommend them to anyone who is having problems with pigeon's nesting under solar panels
We have been plagued with pigeon nesting and noise under our solar panels for years - British Bird Control came out and diligently sealed all access points under the panels to stop the pigeons nesting - they removed all bird mess first and made sure all pigeons were not harmed and were not underneath and safe - their team were brilliant - friendly considerate and clean workers whilst caring for animal welfare too - undoubtedly 5 STAR PLUS
Paid £140 to have pigeon droppings cleaned off our small balcony. After the first visit we had to ask for another because so much had been missed. After the second, some had still been missed and I’d given up on the company and decided to finish the job myself. When I went to clear up, I found our pipe was caked in droppings. I left it too long to complain so they wouldn’t come clean the rest, that’s on me. However it’s on them that a pipe covered in droppings was missed on two visits. Both visits were completely rushed.
