Im currently still waiting on my mattress after 3weeks. I had spoken with British Bed Stores (When they actually answer the phone) Very poor customer service. They keep telling me a date, but it doesn’t come. They said the will speak to the delivery company and get back to me, but never call back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I paid extra for an orthopaedic memory foam mattress, and received the cheapest of sprung mattress I’ve even seen before. I only wish I was here for delivery and not left it to my silly husband as I would not of paid. Messaged to say I wanted it collecting and replacing with what I paid for and they haven't even had the decency to message me back, although they were really quick to reply when I was buying. Don’t waste your money as I have.
