These guys seem to be the old fashioned, sharp intake of breath, 'it's going to cost you pal' before reeling off a list of repairs that other mechanics can't seem to find. They have told me stuff I needed doing for MOT, (which I believed) which I now question due to them exaggerating and even inventing other stuff on a different day. I'm guessing they are on commission which is only slightly worse than the impression I get that they think I am stupid. Maybe it's written on my head.
I had my car booked in for an interim service and front pads and discs at an estimated cost of £580. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was ready for collection at 1145am. I was impressed with how quickly they had got my car done, and the final price of the work was only £468 after they shopped around for the best price for the parts. The car is now running like a dream and stopping on a six pence. Thank you ETB. I'll be back next time my car needs work doing.
Staff at ETB Autocentres (Hinckley) were absolutely brilliant today for tyre fitting. Tim and Gordon were diligent and professional throughout. I found all the staff courteous and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending ETB Hinckley.
