Very professional and helpful, really got more of a service than I was expecting. We had a delay on getting keys and the team were very patient and understanding. Reasonably priced also compared to other companies I had quotes from.

Britannia did substantial damage to a brand new hard wood flooring. They refuse to accept responsibility for the damage and have now stopped replying to my emails. Do not use them.

Well organised, hard working crew, careful and methodical, with a really pleasant approach about them as well, which made a stressful couple of days, less so. Would recommend this company for your home removal. Honestly - you have way more stuff to pack than you ever realise- there is more than enough going on at this time, that having Britannia organise the removal and relocation of your possessions is a highly recommended by me.

Helped my friend, (a senior) packing and unpacking, but now don't want to know when I wish them to collect the empty packing cases, for which I have NO storage.
