What a brilliant company! We were provisionally booked with another company but when my wife called them 7 days before the move they said they now could not carry out the move on 29th May. We would have to wait until 9th June! Simply not possible as completion was 29th. We called a number of companies with no success. We are so pleased that Britannia Lanes (Exeter) were able to move us from our family home of 24 years into our new home. After so many years we had accumulated a huge array of furniture/ items and if I’m honest the thought of leaving was at the very least daunting. Rob came to our property to review our move. During a very stressful time of 2 floods (2023) and incompetent builders (instructed by the insurance company/loss adjuster), Britannia Lanes came in, swept up all our possessions and then returned them, intact, 13 months later. Probably the only thing that went well with the whole situation. The employees were polite and reassuring. What more could anyone ask? Thank to everyone at Britannia Lanes, Exeter. Would highly recommend.
