Part 2 of the move, storage to new home. We had Rhys and Carl, doing the move in. They arrived in 2 vans and had everything sorted. They worked quickly and carefully and at every item, they asked where it must go. And with a few very heavy things they made sure they were positioned in their new home, knowing we'd never lift them! Also impressed that the items were in good condition, having been in store for 5 months. Overall, the guys worked so well and represented Britannia extremely well.

Rhys, Ben and Aaron were fantastic at moving us from Birmingham to Brighton. They went the extra mile, worked really hard, and were a complete pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for more from them!

Positive experience from start to finish. Jackie friendly and immediately picked up my enquiry, and Martin was promptly booked for my consultation. Martin took the time to survey the house and let me ask questions. Other firms had really rushed this part. He was very kind and personable. I came away feeling that I understood the quote and also how to actually pack up a house. Luke was also so helpful and prompt to respond at the office to book my removal for me. Bart, Ben, Spencer, and Scott moved my possessions into storage yesterday and they did an excellent job. No fuss, hard working, good banter, and friendly. All round great experience with the company so far, as their consultant Martin was also excellent and communication has been great. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
