Fantastic experience here. Florence was so reassuring and knowledgeable. She managed my stroppy cat very well and followed up with an email with all the information on so I didn't have to try and remember everything. I will be more than happy to drive the 1.5 hours to visit again if needed. Definitely made a very worrying time easier.
Fantastic help from this very professional business. We were referred from our local vet specialist to ensure our Chihuaha (Luna) was okay after she failed to use her back legs (very scary). Our dog jaycey was referred here needing a pacemaker fitted I cannot praise the staff enough right through to the amazing nurses jaycey had his pacemaker fitted on his 10th birthday so was in hospital the nuses sent photo they decorated his little kennel made him a doggie cake it made my day.
