I couldn't have taken my little darling anywhere else, you can trust a 'PDSA VET' that their actually treating animals because that's their passion not all about the money.. FANTASTIC, GENEROUS, & LOVERS OF ALL ANIMALS.
Our cat got euthanized almost two weeks ago and looking back, our experience here was unacceptable. The vet suggested that we were being "selfish" if we didn't euthanize our cat and that the situation was "hopeless". Seeing that our cat was unwell and trusting the vet, we decided to listen to him and put her to sleep. As soon as we got home we immediately regretted our decision. I had a very upsetting experience at this vet hospital, specifically with the reception manager, Sarah. From the moment I approached the desk, she was extremely unkind and unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me, raised her voice, and showed no patience or respect. What was even worse is that she spoke about my personal details loudly in front of everyone in the waiting room, with no regard for privacy or confidentiality.
