Just stayed 2 nights in guest room,must say I really enjoyed staying with mum she settling in ok now food is nice cooked on site apartment is fantastic nice balcony staff great I would live here tomorrow thank you everyone at Bristol court Roy, Mrs peveralls son
Reading the reviews on here makes me so angry, I've been a care worker here since it opened, I treat every single service user with respect and dignity to ensure they are happy and safe, some of the stuff written on here is a joke,I just cannot believe it!!sorry

My cousin waited 25min to be helped in the toilet because he had a accident and couldn't get off the toilet as he is a double amputee above his knees
How this place has been classed as “good” by the CQC I will never know. Since being moved there when it first opened, my uncle has been bullied by staff and other residents, basic needs such as hygiene and access to food are neglected and has gone from being a happy, healthy man to an overweight, reclusive, depressed alcoholic, in and out of hospital almost weekly putting further pressure on our hospital staff.
