A family member rented a van for the day and pre paid. Shortly before he was due to collect the booking was cancelled with no obvious reason given in the email. When my family member went to collect the van (as he hadn’t seen the email) there was an insurance issue. Fast forward nearly 4 weeks and no refund has been received despite numerous attempts to contact the company. Problems with insurance and struggling to repay a modest amount of money… I am not sure if they are going under or not. Use with extreme caution.

Honestly the best car rental company in the Uk. They opened late just for me to get my car after my train got delayed. They gave me a GPs free off charge . I went well over the 250 miles daily limit and they didn’t even charge me . I wish they had an office in every major UK city. Would make car renting much easier 🥺🤧🤧
