I have phoned a few times over the last couple of months at customer service and spoke to Lisa, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She sent a spare part which temporarily helped, but today we came to the conclusion that the mixer system was too old to fix economically. Many thanks. Mick Turner.
Brilliant service, can't praise Janet enough for resolving the repair, with excellent guidance and support, and resourcing the correct replacement parts
Bristan customer service has been amazing- thank you Lauren, Reneya and Zoe. The shower kit (Buzz2) looks great and works well. I had an issue with the thermostat cartridge but this was covered under warranty (otherwise would be an expense part to replace). The customer services team are very easy to get in contact with and quick to resolve issues. Thank you.
