Recently purchased a nissan qashqai from brilliant motors, from start to finish Daniel was brilliant his knowledge on cars and friendly nature really made me feel at ease when buying the car. He spent time and effort telling me about the car history and features of it which helped me decide on which car to buy. If you’re looking to purchase a car from here I would highly recommend to do so. Friendly people, excellent service and I couldnt ask for more.
I bought a van from Brilliant Motors. After a month a problem arose with the water pump and was leaking fluid. I live in Swansea, South Wales which complicated matters. I called the team in Brilliant Motors and I can say they were fantastic. They suggested I take the vehicle to a local garage for a quote and they would pay. I brought from here my worst car ever!was leaking everywhere,after a big check I was need to change brakes completely, suspension,dpf get blocked,now I have problem with egr valve! They sell aswell warranty for car but they always find a way to not fix nothing!! Avoid this company
Steve has been brilliant, very thorough, patient and understanding throughout the whole process. We asked multiple questions to which he was always more than happy to discuss with us. The car was well presented and every aspect shown to us. Highly recommend!
