Awful experience with a cleaner. Complained with a description of what went wrong to the company i.e a cleaner overstaying allotted time and demanding extra money for hours stayed despite us saying it was not needed (A 4 hour clean was more than ample time to clean a small flat). Received no apology or way to rectify the situation.
My friend used them in Chelsea and was impressed with their service. I'm so happy she recommended, far better than any cleaners I've had before. I also have to mention how friendly they are from office staff to cleaners. Definitely Brilliant.
