This surgery has down. They have deployed receptionists especially Michelle whose job is to block patients from accessing doctors. Imagine having to liaise with 111 and A&E because receptionists would not allow you access to a doctor yet you are entitled. Very sad. What's the point of having a GP then?
Been a patient for 20 years it'd just been going down hill even more with very rude staff especially 'sue' no manners get your old staff back they had some care on there heart And tbh with a job like that you should be a good listener a caring heart and patients most important as your dealing with people concerns about there health I'll be raising a big complaint to the right people as I'm fuming the way I have been dealt with as I've just come out of a surgery. Doctors for the same symptoms given me two diagnosis...there is no continuity...the one doctor says will refer you to specialist if this doesn't work while the other doctor says the earlier doctor wasn't right...I am not a guinea pig.... please give me the right diagnosis...since July my problem not sorting...
