I have been helped by Helen for some years now. Without her expertise I am convinced i would be in a wheelchair now. and it's has helped with my pain management

The session highlighted problems with my foot and the orthotics provided really helped. Helen also suggested a cause of my pain and gave me the name of a private consultant who could use a scan which would identify any ligament damage. I followed her suggestion and with a private scan and physiotherapy am now well on the way to recovery! Without this, I would have still been doing the exercises given by my doctor which were making the tear in my Achilles tendon worse! Thank you very much Helen.
