Nicola is excellent in diagnosing the problem and offering the correct treatment and exercise. I had a torn miniscus ligament in my left knee and the issue was dealt with in three sessions, after following her recommended exercise routine. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had a rotar cuff shoulder issue, Nicola was very thorough, she gave me exercises and manipulated it regularly over a number of months, it is now all fixed without any surgery. She is now helping me with a long term neck problem…lovely lady, makes you feel at ease, highly recommend 🤩

I met with Nicola today as I had an issue with my knee and leg from too much running. She is friendly, approachable and very professional. She listened and took a lot of information before diagnosing my problem. She recommended some exercises and I should be back to normal soon. Nicola is worth getting in contact with if you have an injury and it is a bonus that she is local to Brightlingsea.
