Thank you so much Craig for your excellent and speedy service repairing my husbands Drive Elite folding mobility scooter. I was in a bit of a panic that it wasn't working but you very calmly said all would be well and you would sort the problem out for us and that the key barrel needed replacing. Craig performed his magic and, as promised, all was well again with hubby's scooter. Had a problem with my wheelchair. We took it in yesterday at lunch time and it was repaired in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Brighter Ways if I need any more repairs.
The best shop I been to very nice people always there to help they fixed my Mobility scooter a few times now won’t take my scooter anywhere else highly recommend this shop always there to help you
