Really Happy with the service I have received so far. The rent guarantee is slightly more expensive but what you get with it really helps you sleep at night. All rent cover for 15 months and legal fees. As a landlord don’t need to lift a finger it’s all covered. Paula and andrew are great to get along with and very prompt getting back to you. Very happy with this choice of estate agents!
Applied for a property with these, paid them nearly £300, told them there may be a bankruptcy from 2006 on my file, they said that should be fine just pay the deposit, they then accepted my application while still keeping the property online, then told me my application does not meet the landlords criteria, because they took my brothers detail for the application not mine, ive got the form i filled in which clearly shows my details not my brothers, i did tell them if they needed a guarantor he might do it! but the details i ... read more
