We would highly recommend Brighter Days, Ruth and all the lovely ladies are friendly, caring, efficient and take a genuine interest in the whole family. They are adaptable and flexible and always keep us updated and informed. Our mum was initially resistant to having carers but the ladies have taken a lot of time and patience to get to know her and her needs and she now looks forward to their visits, which is very reassuring for our family.

I have been very impressed with this company. The owner, Ruth is a lovely lady, who was always adaptable to our changing needs. My parents took to her instantly and always looked forward to her visits. She is very caring, hardworking and has the ability to think on her feet and use her initiative.
