Elias was really friendly & welcoming. I arrived at the building, 10mins early & waited for the receptionist. He welcomed me, gave me registration form to fill out and talked through the process in detail. Before the laser, he noticed I have delicate skin (eczema), he used triple proctection around my mouth & lips. I appreciate his professionalism & attention to detail! This was a pleasant and outstanding experience! Elias was professional, patient, pleasant and clearly a master of his craft. My results were tip top and could be clearly seen right away. The only slight challenge was finding the office(could be my navigational skills). Overall 5 stars for a great job!. Thanks to you and your team! Yvette
