I was very happy with my decision to go with Rebecca for my survey. It was my first home purchase and I was looking for a lot of reassurance. Rebecca at Bright Surveyors has done two full building surveys for me for two properties I was going to buy. She’s incredibly thorough and spotted every single issue suggesting further surveys (eg damp) or remedies. She also provided a vast array of comparable sales prices. She’s incredibly responsive (even very early mornings and weekends!). I absolutely would recommend her for any homebuyer who wants to do a deep due diligence before purchase
