I was nervous about seeing a therapist, but Janet came highly recommended and after the first 5 minutes I knew she was the right person for me. She took her time to find out about me and what outcomes I was hoping for, and the session was enjoyable. I've now had three sessions and am putting all that I've learnt into daily action with very satisfying results.
