I rented a studio through Bright Homes Estate and Erika has been very helpful, especially when there were emergencies

Erica was so rude over the phone. She expected you to pay 700 for a room and they can’t provide a wardrobe just a 10 pound rail to hang your clothes. She was not professional

after one year of tenancy the agent dident want to give us the deposits and from day to day he was saying that he will send it .i did rent room and in the and he charged me for the cleaning of all the house recycling of the furnitur recycling wish was in the house and 10days of rent extra when and many other charges that was the worst experience i had in my life. in the end i received half of my deposits.i woulden't advise any one to try it.
