Really recommend. Brilliant service, arrived on time and very efficient & knowledgable. My carpets were stained from puppy wee which wouldn’t come out. They’ve come right up & the carpets looks great. Thankyou so much, will definitely use again in the future!
Jena did an amazing job cleaning a rug that had been in my family for 40+years before transporting to London - took the time and care to ensure it was cleaned well and not damaged at all in the process. Would definitely use them again (if I lived in the area!)
Jena really is the best there is! I’ve used bright clean for years and never been let down. My bathroom pipe burst last week and flooded our house…Jena came straight to the rescue of our living room carpet! She sucked all the water out and left a fan to help dry it out, then today she came and cleaned the carpet as it had slight yellow staining from the leak and it’s now back to brand new!
