Brought an X6M with this company, the car was plagued with issues from the outset. Issues with suspension which we agreed they would cover the costs of. It took them 6months to arrange for repair and then over one year later I am still awaiting a refund despite numerous agreements from themselves they would resolve it. Their phone number does not connect anymore.
Brilliant customer service from Vlad. Beautiful car bought today - a joy to drive. Windscreen replaced prior to collection without me even asking. No hesitation in recommending Bright Car Sales :)
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a joke. I sold a car to them through Motorway and this company is the most ignorant, lying company I’ve ever known. No response to emails even though Motorway stated they had to contact me. Then “arranged” a collection date for Thursday 6th March and had to book the day off work and waited in all day. Had an excellent experience with the guys at BCS. Vlad in particular was great. Got in contact with them via their website asking a few questions, Vlad gave me a call the next day with all the info I requested. Came down to view the car, Vlad was friendly throughout, took us out on a test drive, and even upon returning was showing us around some other cars he think we'd like based on the conversation we had during the test drive.
