Appointment time was made and did not have to wait at all. Staff all polite and helpful with a good attitude great experience

My son had nail surgery and went to get dressing changed. When he came out he needed to buy dressings but he was there waiting for 30 minutes or more and no one arrived. I phoned also and got no answer. If there is only one receptionist. She shouldn't leave her area unattended. She can have her lunch in the other room incase someone needs attention
