Visited today for a hearing test. Pleasant experience, very friendly staff.
Great service, a build up of ear wax was cleared effectively and painlessly. Highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic. I could not recommend highly enough. I have had my hearing tests done previously from other providers but I was never afforded such in depth diagnostis and advice when upgrading my hearing aids. Genuinely, Sam has changed my life. I cannot quite believe the difference. Huge thanks to Sam and everyone for being so caring, knowledgeable and hugely professional.
This is definitely the best ear wax removing clinic I have been to in the 18 years of having this procedure. Not only having it done at hospital and paying privately, even at a private clinic run by a nurse who did it at hospital. I have very narrow ear canals and Brigg Hearing Studio had the correct size equipment for my ears, be it the size used for children. I really cannot praise them enough and I really recommend anyone with ear problems to give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
Having previously had regular vacuum suction to clear debris from my ear @ Castle Hill Hospital Hull for a long term underlying condition I was advised back in 2021 that service had been withdrawn. Having visited Sam Longman @ Brigg Hearing Centre in December 2023 I found he was very patient, understanding and interested in your symptoms, taking several visits to soften and clear the hard accumulated wax and had a good understanding of my long term underlying condition - cholesteatoma.
