Paul was both charming, honest, informed and ultimately the reason that we went ahead with the purchase of the Snug sofa. Any question we had about the quality, longevity and logistical elements of purchase were dealt with frankly and instilled confidence in purchasing via Bridgman. Great and effective service.
The gentleman was most helpful with giving me the information on the different types of rattan for outside use, this helped me to decide on my purchase.
