Ricard and his team were excellent. They handled a very challenging sale with a first rate service. I would recommend without reservation
Didn’t properly stay in contact with the landlord, resulting in us being told on the day of our move in date that we couldn’t move in and would have to make alternative arrangements for an unspecified amount of time. Lost multiple of our documents resulting in us having to resign, and rarely picked up the phone when we called, nor did they reply to emails. Pleasant enough staff when we visited in person to sort things out, however we shouldn’t have had to visit to be able to resolve the issue. The company was not transparent... read more
