Absolutely shocking what this team tried to get away with. I rented a fully furnished flat which had not been cleaned or inspected on handover to me. I had no working appliances or hot water for 4 months, at which point I’d had enough and left the property. They tried to retrieve almost £900 from me and it took me 6 months and the help of the ombudsman to put this company in its place, I’m convinced the landlord did not have any knowledge of the way their property was being managed… stay clear
Traumatising and outrageous service. 1) Ableist - the building lift wasn't working for several years, making it inaccessible. This is disgusting and shameful for wheelchair users to not have access to a large block of flats in 2025.
