I purchased a property from Bridgefords it was an awful experience. The staff are extremely unprofessional. The advertised property as 5 bedrooms and it wasn’t until weeks before completion it transpired there were no building regulations for two of the rooms and therefore should have been advertised as 3 beds. Although they said they took the sellers word for it, I have recordings from the neighbours going into Bridgefords office, advising the staff it cannot be advertised as 5 beds as it does not have building regs. amazing service and everybody really looked after us. Sophie and Gavin were especially helpful to us and ensured we always dealt with them for continuity. Nothing was ever too much and they guided us through our first house purchase seamlessly. Always answered our phone calls or got back to us in a timely manner. We cannot thank them enough.
