My property already on the market, I called Bridgfords to arrange a viewing of one of their properties. Never got back to me and bounced all subsequent calls and message to answerphone. Discourteous at best. Efficient at sending me their junk emails however. I certainly wouldn't use them.
Fabulous service so far, Brad and Amy especially have been incredible. Answers any and all questions no matter how niche they may be! Very prompt on communication unlike many other estate agents which has been very refreshing.
