Thanks for the help Katie on the property, super helpful and fast with everything needed. A year on now and we’ve had so many issues with the maintenance team, we have reported issues over the whole time we have been here and it has taken so many months to get any of them sorted. Most recent one being a fuse keeps flipping and knocking off our hot water, fridge, freezer, oven and many other things but we are told this isn’t an emergency or urgent situation.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SELL YOUR HOUSE. As buyers we’ve approached them twice for viewing different properties. One property we still haven’t heard back on a viewing for after 1 week. The other property they called us back after a month to arrange a viewing. We went along to the viewing that was booked in today at 11:30 and there was no agent there…and a sold sign on the property.
