Sold my house through Bridgefords. Bethany was very good at dealing with our very difficult sale. Lewis was always very helpful whenever I spoke to him. Other staff members I found very frustrating. Would ask them for information and then never hear from them. The estate agent I bought by my house through was always contacting me for updates because they said Bridgefords didn’t reply to her emails. I raised this with the manager and never got a response.
We put our house up for sale 3 years ago with an estate agent, frustratingly after over a year we had very few viewings and zero offers. we took our house down and re listed with Bridgefords in Penketh. The difference was absolutely astounding, Bridgefords took ownership and responsibility for all the viewings, they worked with us, to give us the best possible chance at sale with over 25 viewings in the space of 3 weeks we were astounded. AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.
We fell in love with a house that was listed with bridgfords, Caroline was super efficient getting ours on the market, Lewis and Bethany did the viewings and we were lucky enough to sell quickly and put an offer in. After a very long process to completion, everyone handled everything in the best way they could. I rang numerous times a week and would pop in when I was in the area.
