We have just sold our house with Bridgefords at Cheadle. Stacey, Hannah and Umra where both open and friendly, yet also efficient and professional. I recently contacted Bridgfords as I was looking to get an evaluation on my house. Hannah was so helpful and knowledgeable, I was amazed at all the options she told me about if I was to sell my home. She even advised me on seeing there morgage advisor if I wanted to remain. I would definitely recommend Hannah and Bridgfords.
Had a valuation with Hannah and I was immensely impressed with her knowledge & experience alongside the service Bridgfords had to offer! Once the time is right I will be definitely using these in the future.
If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all cost! They accepted an offer on my property without bringing it to me, they denied they had done it. Weeks after I went ahead with sale with them - which I can say in hindsight I shouldn't have, but the stress with their denying of my complaint and dealing with their complaints man I decided I just wanted it finished. They lied by saying they rang and told me, which they hadn't. Made complaint at head office, informed they don't keep records of calls, he was none too pleasant ... read more
