Had viewed a property and wasn’t that keen so at first didn’t manage to find anything…. Until Samantha from the Burnley branch rang me to see if I was still looking for a property, which I then advised I was. She suggested a property that had just come up. I went to view and was shown around the house which I loved . Applied and managed to secure it. From start to finish the customer journey was faultless. Thank you Samantha and her team. I recently sold my house with the Burnley branch of Bridgfords. From start to finish I was supported by several staff at the branch, all of whom were integral to facilitating the sale and move. Beverly, Cerys, Melanie, Courtney, Rob and all the staff at the branch were professional, patient, courteous and clearly very experienced. If I had a query, it was dealt with immediately.
