Very unpleasant and traumatic experience. I had rented one of their properties and even after 1 month since I vacated the property, they have not returned the deposit. They did a checkout report and most of the points in the report were from the original inventory. Replied to them regarding the same, and even after 14 days they do not have the courtesy to respond back or even acknowledge the mail.
