The grounds are beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Nicole was so helpful and so kind she worked with us to find the perfect home for our family. The rooms are very spacious for your money and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone in chattanooga!
I stopped in to look for apartments and I was told politely to wait by a gentlemen while he handled a situation. However when the lady came in she was rude and was rushing me and didn’t even let me finish asking the questions I had. She took down my info gave me floor plan with prices and said we will contact you. Prior to this I could never get a hold of them which is why I went to see the apartments personally. I love my new home! The office staff has been wonderful to me and I love my clean home at an affordable rate! The dog park, pool, gym, and walking trail are all amazing and most of all, I love my neighbors! This is by far, the greatest place I have ever called home!
Best Apartments in Chattanooga!! We love living here! The staff is wonderful especially Nicole, always quick to help and always friendly!! Living here is a breeze and a great place to call home!
The price is worth it! Office staff go above and beyond to make your home perfect. They constantly upgrade the grounds to make it look nice and Nicole is amazing. She's always involved with the community after normal work hours, the maintenance men are funny and always get things done quickly. I love living here!!
I have lived here since 2014 and really love it. I've got great neighbors, access to a 24-hour fitness room, a beautiful walking path and our courtesy officer is top notch. Maintenance is always responsive, courteous and very friendly. Nicole in the leasing office is awesome. The cost is worth it and is comparable fairly to other apartment complexes in the area.
