Be careful with these people. The manager Aubrey is very rude. They charged $525 to repaint a wall that my kids drew on. The manager lied about they don’t repaint walls after people move out. They will not talk to you and will send you to collection if you disagree with them.
Recommendedthe manager Audrey is very nice and she has showed me many apartments. I will be applying for an apartment. Audrey came in on Saturday to show us when they where closed. she went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule
Helpful office staff. Beautiful, clean place to live. So close to restaurants and Tennessee's Largest Mall. Maintenance is very nice and prompt. Nicole in office has been in the business for years and very knowledgeable. Variety of young families to retirees.
I wish I could give a ZERO rating! The apartments are nice, but this is the WORST management company I’ve ever dealt with! All the reviews are true. I lived at Bridgeway for 4.5 years. Upon move out I received a bill for $2,500, most of which was to replace carpet “b/c pet urine stains were found under the carpet.” A pet deposit as well as an assurance deposit was made at move-in. I only wish I could give 0 stars!!! DO NOTTTT LIVE HERE!!!! If you have any kind of lifestyle or friends stay far away from this place. Within 2 months of first moving in We got behind by 3 DAYS (& 2 were a weekend) and they threatened to evict us that week. Hate to pull the race card but that’s exactly what it feels like. They say “quiet time” is after 9pm but apparently You CAN get noise complaints IN BROAD DAYLIGHT for just walking too hard. We have lived here for 2.5 years and we love it. The grounds are kept up very well and Nicole is so sweet! She is always willing to help in any way she can. She made the move in process so easy and when we transferred to a 2-bedroom she made that transition just as easy!
I have lived here for 2.5 years and have really enjoyed it! The floor plans are among the best in Chattanooga, and the staff are great! Nicole is my leading agent and I could not ask for anyone better. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive, and they do a great job keeping the community looking nice. If you are looking for a great community then look no further.
