My daughter had an emergency. Her smoke detector was going off, extremely loud. it could have been electrical problem or a potential fire in her apartment. She called the emergency number to the apartment and the lady that answers their emergency call told my daughter and myself to call back at 830 in the morning and it was 3:00 am. She had to call the fire department because the alarm kept going off. She also had a toddler at home with her. Rent anywhere else in Chattanooga. If you rent here be prepared to never be able to leave peacefully. No matter how great of a tenant you are they will falsely charge you on the way out.

Do not rent from these people. Once you do, you will not be able to leave. They literally prey on renters and charge them outrageous amounts for things they should be replacing. Carpet does not cost $2500. They are truly evil and any business that refuses to allow you to speak to a higher up should not have customers. There are plenty other apartments in Chatt. literally the worst office staff in the history of property management, cannot reccomend enough that you DO NO move here
Avoid this apartment complex at all possible. We have lived in several different apartments in the past and this place is hands down the worse place ever. There are several different apartments in the Hamilton Place area that I would encourage everyone to visit instead of this place.
If I could put negative stars I would. Apartment flooded, they assured me I wouldn’t have to pay a carpet cleaning fee when I moved out due to the damage the flood did on the carpet. Upon moving out, I didn’t get any of my deposit back because of the carpet (which I was assured I wouldn’t be paying for due to the flood). They are a lying and crooked bunch people.
If I could put no stars I would. WORSE PLACE EVER. They charge you late fees on top of late fees that’s not even due and get by with it. BEWARE
