Awesome view. Good apartments but the hallway of each floor looked GETO.... I would expect the hallway be as good as their front lobby or Atleast better then what it is right now... I would ask management to invest in it too... Wouldn't mind couple 100 bump in my rent
The apartment is really good. Good gym and lounge area. Two tennis courts. Only con being that it's a bit far away from the PATH station-around 11 minutes walk. Can get really cold in the winters because it's water facing. So big heating bills.
