Currently living in the East Tower, regularly no water or hot water, followed up by big rent rent increases. The only good people working in this place are the Doormen and some of the maintenance team. No one else seems to care and are definitely not apologetic!
Love living here with my two large dogs! It's so convenient to just walk them right across the street to the park. I have a beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. 💕
Great place, spacious apartment with good standard, great lower Manhattan view, changed after 9-11.....good house and concierge Mr Washington was the best. Enjoyed my years there!
