RecommendedThe best residential apartment that I would recommend to anyone.
This place has location, location, location going for it - for sure! But that’s pretty much it. The owners have accumulated Years of deferred common area maintenance and only in the past year has there been any attempt to address things as essential as ever increasing elevator down time and doormen who do not challenge strangers (anyone!) entering the bldg and act petulant when asked to announce visitors! Dated image in kitchen and baths rounds out the pic!
We were ROBBED in our apartment by someone who has the access to the keys of all residents. All our jewelers were ROBBED and credit cards that were used. Our neighbors below us, were ROBBED by exact same method a couple of months ago. This building is not safe! They do not have cameras in the hallways nor the elevators so your personal belongings are in constant danger.
GOD DAMN IT!!!!!!!!! THIS IS AT LEAST THE 20TH TIME IN THE LAST YEAR I'VE WOKEN UP TO THE SURPRISE OF NO RUNNING WATER IN OUR BUILDING WITH NO NOTIFICATION. IF I DIDN'T CARE ABOUT RUNNING WATER I WOULD LIVE IN MY GOD DAMN CAR AND SKIP THE OUTRAGEOUS MONTHLY RENT I'M PAYING YOU. IT IS UNREASONABKE THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RECTIFY THIS AND THAT WE AIMPLY GET LONGER EMAILS EXPLAINING WHY EQUITY RES IN UNABLE TO FIX THE WATER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
