I lived at the Belmont from 2011-2012, and overall the experience was pretty good. But I just received a email, over 2 years later, claiming that I owe them money...I never received anything after moving out, except for just now. For an apartment run by such a huge management company, I'd say that's pretty poor. Be careful!

Love the complex, my apartment is gorgeous! Some of the staff is amazing and then some of the staff never calls you back. Always ask for Rachel she's great.

I like the complex and love the amenities, my only request would be that parking be more available to residents in my building (B), if I get home after 7pm I sometimes can't find a spot in my lot! Othere than that I am really enjoying it and fix requests are always answered timely!

I like the building and my apartment. I have no problems with parking for myself. The maintenance team is very efficient. BUT.....When I initially rented back in Sept. I was told by the leasing agent that the pool in building A was the "quiet pool". Therefore I was sold the apartment over the pool. That was my only mistake with dealing with Camden. The pool is so LOUD....even after hours (10:00pm). Due to the courtyard like closing, everyone's voice echo's. Therefore even if you are talking in normal tone, we on the 4th floo... read more

Love the dog park! Everyone is very helpful at the leasing office! I haven't had any troubles with Camden! Love my new home!
