I haven't lived here that long, but I love my apartment, the pools, the gym, the staff, and the overall feel of the community. Ps free coffee every day is a huge plus!

I highly recommend Camden Belmont. You are in the great location of Knox-Henderson. There are many activities to do in the are so you never get bored. They are very reasonably priced for the area too!
I lived here for 3 years. Good service. Great staff. Only negative for me was the parking. The garage is across the street from my building and I work late shifts in a hospital and would not prefer to walk outside at late hours. However I later purchased a reserved spot in front of my apartment which made me feel safer. 2 pools is great and never feels too crowded. Gym is pretty big compared to other complexes.
For the most part I like living here. The dog owners should clean up after their pets more. There are pet stations all over the property. The noise isn't too bad. Of course there are drunk people everywhere on the weekends, but when you have bars two blocks away what do you expect? The pools are fun in the summer and the gym is always clean.
The building is nice if you are a young adult or college student but if you are older you probably won't appreciate the noise from your neighbors. They say it is a non-smoking community but residents clearly smoke on their balconies and in the hallways. You are charge $25/month for valet trash but most of the residents hate it and it is constantly complained about. Great apartment! Have had no problems, great location. Agree with other reviews regarding parking lots being full past 7 pm. Would be nice if there were more within the lot!
This place doesn't even deserve a single star... But that's the lowest you can give!!! Worst apartment complex in all if Texas! Not only is it sorry service for the renters here.. They don't even keep up with maintenance. We lived her for over 7 months with them out even changing the air filters... When they did the filters looked 2 years old, which is probably accurate. We have been here 15 months and it's only been changed once because we complained! You would think that would be against some regulations for apartment comp... read more
